From September 2026, North Coast Head Neck & Jaw Centre is consulting from two locations. Alongside our original clinic in Ballina, we are now seeing patients at Hinterland Osteopathy on Molesworth Street in Lismore.

Why Lismore
Since opening in Ballina in 2024, a steady number of the people we see have been driving in from Lismore, Goonellabah, Casino, Kyogle and the villages in between. For someone with a migraine, vertigo or the after-effects of a concussion, an hour in the car each way is not a small thing. A second clinic on the hinterland side of the region means shorter trips, easier follow-up appointments and the same focused care closer to home.
For people travelling in from further out, we have written up what to expect town by town, including travel time, parking and what a first appointment involves:
- Casino – headache treatment and jaw pain treatment
- Kyogle – headache treatment and jaw pain treatment
- Alstonville – headache treatment and jaw pain treatment
- Bangalow – headache treatment and jaw pain treatment
Where to find us
The Lismore clinic is located within Hinterland Osteopathy at 32 Molesworth Street, Lismore NSW 2480, close to the CBD and a short walk from the courthouse.
There is no on-site parking. The closest options are on Zadoc Street, in front of the courthouse, or a little further south along Molesworth Street, both a two to three minute walk. When you arrive, let reception know you have an appointment with North Coast Head Neck & Jaw Centre.
When we are open
The Lismore clinic is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ballina continues on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm
Full hours for both clinics are on our contact page.
What we treat
Nothing changes about what we do. Both clinics focus on the same group of conditions: headaches and migraine, jaw and facial pain, neck pain and whiplash, dizziness and vertigo, and concussion. You can read about each on our conditions page.
How to book
Booking works the same way it always has. Go to our online booking page, choose the clinic you would like to attend, then pick an appointment type and time. Fees, the new patient deposit, HICAPS and Medicare care plan claims are identical at both locations, and the details are on our patient information page.
Existing patients can book at either clinic. If you have been seeing us in Ballina and Lismore is closer, simply select Lismore next time.
For GPs, dentists and other practitioners
We welcome referrals to either clinic and are happy to co-manage patients. Our referral form is the quickest way to send patient details. If you are a Lismore-based practitioner and would like to know more about what we offer, get in touch and we will happily come and say hello.
Getting started
If ongoing headaches, jaw pain, neck pain, dizziness or post-concussion symptoms have been getting in the way, and Ballina has always felt a bit far, Lismore is now open. Book online or contact us with any questions.
